Good News India Jumps 5 Places To 52nd Rank In Global Innovation Index 2019

India jumped five places in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2019 positioning itself at rank 52, as per a report released on Wednesday. It was ranked 57th in the Index of the year 2018.Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal released the Global Innovation Index rankings in New Delhi on Wednesday. The GII rankings are published annually by Cornell University, INSEAD and the UN World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and GII Knowledge Partners.Switzerland retained its number-one spot on the index. Other economies in the top 10 are: Sweden, the US, the Netherlands, the UK, Finland, Denmark, Singapore, Germany and Israel.

Huawei Nova 5i Pro is now confirmed to launch on July 26. The company revealed a new promo video on Weibo, and it even announced the start of the pre-sale in China. The Huawei Nova 5, Nova 5 Pro, and Nova 5i phones were made official last month in China. The Huawei Nova 5i Pro will be another addition to this mix, and it is said to launch as the Mate 30 Lite in countries outside of China.The Huawei Nova 5i Pro is confirmed to sport a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and a hole-punch display with the cut-out placed on the top left of the screen.
