Jio's customer service is pathetic

We are facing slow speed here. I try calling Jio's customer service. At first it took 6 minutes to find an option to speak to an agent. Second, they just won't raise the ticket. Even the senior executive disconnected the calls before I could finish. They give the excuse of "lots of users using the internet at same time." And they are looking forward to expand their network throughout the country. I even highlighted that, same wasn't the case as the speed was bad at 3, 4 am too. Even now they are like lots of users are using internet from 3, 4 am.

I seriously doubt that slow speed issue was caused by number of users using the service. Something is seriously wrong with the tower if it goes from 40 mbps to under 1 mbps in a day.

So my point is why they just won't sent raise a ticket and get an enginner to get the tower check?
