Since you prefer Xiaomi, you can opt for Redmi 13 5G.

I won't recommend a Samsung phone under 15k since most of them feature Exynos processor. Others aren't good enough.

If possible, you can choose for other brands which provide better options:
Vivo T4X 5G
Realme 14X 5G

5 years before I tried very hard to get Airtel fiber so as to have landline atleast, since the mobile signals at my area is poor due to existence of the railway station. Mobile operators declined to improve the signal quality here.
I failed to get Airtel fiber here, then went ahead with local cable tv owned fiber internet and then switched to BSNL.
Even though I was a premium postpaid customer of Airtel holding a higher plan, those guys never turned up and fulfilled my need that time.

The Airfiber here is not stable.
Even for mobile itself the 5G here is unstable irrespective of the good signal.

@Bapun bro if i am not wrong that 798 plan will be wifi only, iptv will not work in that plan..

Good for rural areas at least where the internet connection is still dream.
City side it is better to stay with current best provider.

In my case, since Airtel has been actively expanding in the city since last year, once I reached out to the LCO he kept me in loop and provided every updates till I got a connection installed. This is also beneficial for him because he got increase in his customer base.

I visited several times the nearby airtel store and come out of the bus stand area and expand their network to other area also. But they clearly told they cannot expand their services they are comfortable around bus stand.
And then main team said connection is possible and I made the payment also. Later all declined for new connection and then I moved ahead for refund.
Now those people again chasing for new connection but for Airfiber. I rarely seeing the airtel poles in and around main area also. Now entire city including my area is covered with ACT fiber.
