Nothing is permanent.
Not only iptv, they(airtel) can remove ott complimentary too in future.
But, here I'm talking about present.
Airtel is leading. Jio is trailing.

For your doubt of remove airtel iptv complimentary in future.
At the same time, Jio will charge too for jiotv+.
At present In my view Airtel airfiber > Jio airfiber in terms of network connectivity, ott apps and iptv setup.

im using my own router as access point and not the alliance ont router and i recently setup adguard home dns but unfortunately it doenst work at all and idk why tried whatever i could but it just doenst work so wanted to know if alliance supports bridge mode so i can get full access and how to do it.

I guess they'll update JioTV+ for dth/non-ott feed for all channels eventually due to recent channel additions and DTH feed in a lot of star channels. Or maybe they might go the airtel route and launch a 5-10mbps TV-only plan which has advantage of using Airfiber and lower infra cost due to not using dth equipment and for those customers only, Live TV app will be enabled.
