Reminds me of introduction of Meta to distinguish Facebook as an app rather than a company.
Eternal.. should've come up with a unique name for the company rather than a popular English word.

Zomato has reportedly laid off 600 employees from its customer support team within a year of hiring. This comes as the company announced an AI-powered customer support platform, called Nugget, to automate its operation in February this year. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has said that Nugget is able to resolve up to 80% of queries automatically, can learn and adapt in real-time, and doesn't require users to know coding.

Zomato is introducing a "long distance service fee" for deliveries beyond 4 km, potentially straining relationships with restaurant partners who fear commission increases up to 45%. Restaurants are considering protesting the new fees and revised agreements, which include penalties for price disparities and encouraging off-platform orders.

Do you know a fact?
When a company changes it's name into another one for making it's new appearance as fresh. the main reason is behind. old names had so many problems with govt investigations, customer's care's issues and management's issues related. It's a very big step to announce a new company but for making money and times saving for a big company like start-up just change names and remove all old.

because, At every new customers will be join new company platforms their name will be forgotten it's old name and problem's related. No one search bz it's never exit like fresh.

Great! It is best for health of people if they can avoid ordering from these apps and better if you really have the urge to eat from outside call the restaurant and ask them to deliver, they will be happy to do so..And by the way this mad rush for profits will kill these companies in long run.
