Higher bitrate.

Means more information per frame. If the bitrate is low, when too many things are happening on the screen, there will be pixelation. You can check any hollywood action movie trailer for an idea. With high bitrate, there will be less or no pixelations.

Finally got this feature on my account. It's mostly available for Trailers. Picture quality looks great. No pixelation during fast-paced scenes.

Available for more and more videos now. Not sure if there's a toggle that the uploader needs to click to enable this. It seems totally random.
