Within ten days of getting listed on the company website, XOLO’s new Q900s Plus smartphone is now available in the Indian market. The phone is currently retailing at e-retailers like Infibeam.com for INR 7,999 (MRP: INR 8,299).
The smartphone can be purchased in Black colour option and features 4.7-inch HD IPS display. The Q900s Plus is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor and comes with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and Android 4.4 KitKat.
In addition, XOLO has included 1800 mAh battery, microSD card slot, dual-SIM support, 3G and the usual connectivity option on the smartphone. On the imaging front, you will get an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front shooter on the Q900s Plus.
At this price-tag, the phone will have a hard time competing with Xiaomi Redmi 1S, which comes with slightly better specifications and a lower price-tag. There is no word on the Android 5.0 roll-out plans for Q900s Plus right now.
