Close on the heels of the India launch of the 10000 mAh powerbanks from Asus and OnePlus, Xiaomi has introduced the successor to its last year's 10400 mAh power bank.

The new power bank from Xiaomi has a 10000 mAh battery. It is slimmer than its predecessor and has width similar to the Asus ZenPower's.

"We've just introduced our latest 10000mAh Mi Power Bank that's 21.4% slimmer and 30% more energy dense than the 10400mAh version! This means it can fully charge a Mi Note 2.1x, and iPad 1x," says Xiaomi.

Asus has also announced the the availability and pricing details of its ZenPower for the Indian market. The Asus ZenPower is priced at Rs 1,499 for the silver, pink, blue and gold variants, while the black coloured-model carries a price tag of Rs 1599. It will be available from May 15 in Asus Exclusive stores and on Flipkart.

OnePlus on Monday launched its power bank in India at a price of Rs 1,399. It comes with a 10000mAh battery and is available in two colours - Silk White and Sandstone Black.
