Tonight's WWE RAW will take place from the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas with the final red brand hype for Sunday's SummerSlam pay-per-view.
No matches have been announced for tonight but an appearance by Brock Lesnar has been confirmed. WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight:
* Lesnar to address The Viper
* Can Roman Reigns spoil Rusev's night yet again?
* Seth Rollins to deconstruct The Demon King
* How will The New Day retaliate against Gallows & Anderson?
* Do cheaters like Titus O'Neil and Darren Young prosper?
* Charlotte goes solo

The betting odds for WWE Summerslam are now available with Brock Lesnar favored to defeat Randy Orton and Finn Balor favored to win the WWE Universal Championship. Dean Ambrose, Rusev and Sasha Banks are all favored to retain their titles, however The New Day and The Miz are currently favored to lose their title matches, but not necessarily their titles as a loss by DQ or count out is possible.
For those unfamiliar with betting lines, a simple explanation of the lines would be a - sign indicates the favorite and the + is for the underdogs. The number after the plus or minus represents how favored or unfavored a competitor is in the particular match. A $100 wager on Brock Lesnar -400 would win just $25 as he is heavily favored, while the same bet on Randy Orton -280 could win $280 as he is the underdog.
Below are the current odds, thanks as always to our friends at BetWrestling:
Brock Lesnar -400 vs Randy Orton +280
WWE Universal Championship
Finn Balor -160 vs Seth Rollins +120
WWE Championship
Dean Ambrose -750 vs Dolph Ziggler +450

Sasha Banks -1500 vs Charlotte +700

The Miz +160 vs Apollo Crews -210

The New Day +290 vs Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson -245

We've reported how the finish to Randy Orton vs. Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam went as planned for the most part. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that the idea behind the match was to create a scenario where nobody knew where reality ended and where people thought Lesnar was going against the script.

Orton was apparently planning for a typical main event until he arrived to the arena. He was then told that he was not going to have a normal match, that the match wasn't about going back & forth and keeping both Superstars strong, but about making Lesnar look stronger. Original plans had the match being a one-sided destruction for Lesnar, with Orton down on the ground bleeding. That was to come off like Lesnar "went against the script" and really hurt Orton, causing confusion and the end of the match due to referee stoppage.
Orton was also reportedly told that Brock knew how to graze him with his elbow to open a cut without hurting Orton, and was told that was what would happen during the match. It turned out that Brock really elbowed Orton and hit him with stiff punches, causing Orton to need 10 staples to close a wound. Orton did as he was supposed to do - stay down and act like he was knocked out. WWE trainers and the referee looked confused because they really were. This confusion led to the referee stoppage due to blood and Orton's condition, which was really the only way for the referee to end it.

As noted, a Fatal 4 Way will take place on next week's RAW to crown a new WWE Universal Champion with Owens, Big Cass, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. No word yet on who they have planned to win but it's worth noting that Reigns and Rollins were both originally scheduled to be kept out of the title picture for a few months but they could be put back in due to Balor's injury.
