Women's Ashes 2022 - News & Updates

Australia have suffered an enormous blow on the eve of the Ashes and ODI World Cup, with the world's top T20 batter Beth Mooney to undergo surgery on a fractured jaw following an incident at training on Monday evening.

Mooney, the WBBL|07 leading run scorer, was facing throwdowns in the Karen Rolton Oval nets late in Australia's first official training session when she was struck.
