Bit of both. If you do decide not to co-operate then they will make sure your career is ruined forever. That's what happened to Jwala Gutta for being opinionated and deciding to be outspoken. Sports and politics never gets along well. Even if this is something good they could have tweeted something themselves and why they felt this initiative was good instead of copy pasting like bots. It's obvious they were all fed with that BS tweet by PMO.

May be something like - PMO sent a letter directing them to tweet this in return of something or for other reason. So then instead of sending each of them a different message to tweet, PMO mistakenly send them a copy of just one message and told them to tweet it. haha
