Windows 8 Consumer Preview Snaps

Well today i installed Win 8 Consumer Preview version with dual boot. Now my PC runs Win 7 and Win 8.. Speed is faster in Win 8.. There are major improvements in looks, other things are same as Win 7, the new start button has more features.. I am currently using CRT moniter, upgrading to LED by next month...

Win 8 Brightness becomes dim all of sudden and than bright again Like auto brightness in mobile

If I look in Tweetdeck...it becomes Dim and when I open a folder it becomes soooo bright

Hey one question...When you press on Internet Explorer in start screen...It open IE normally in desktop screen or address bar below like that (Metro UI IE10)
