Why sports channel not telecast psl?

In india many sports channel like more than 20 sports channel but they are only for money.becouse they are not live telecast new zealand home matchs & pakistan super league.
Many channel like star sports telecast old match.all custmer pay for live sports telecast not for reapeat matchs.

Why all sports network telecast psl & nz home series?
