Why doesn't Flipkart's customer service doesn't have a phone number or a mail id?

I am curious to know why Flipkart no longer has a customer service and mail based customer service. I am fine with call me back and write to us. Problem starts with scams. If you guys hadn't notice it yet if you complain about anything. Flipkart Support replies to your query. Underneath there are scammers posing as customer service giving random phone numbers probably to con people. Ironically, Flipkart handle doesn't reply to these and notify customers that these are scams. In a way lack of customer service number and mail id are pushing towards scammers.

I rarely tweet nowadays maily send DM eirther to customer service of ecommerce or Banks
