You guys were talking about OTT benefits, and iDJ talked about how Prime does not continue after 6 months and even automatically renews by charging the customers, if they don't cancel it.
It could be a problem for those who are not much knowledgeable and will have to waste their time with customer care.
That's quite a poor thing from Airtel.
Now, in your message - including details about others is understandable but it will look like you're just adding positive as soon as you accepted something was wrong.
Your messages just look like someone who start stating positive facts as soon as you accept something negative, and since you might be more active on Airtel threads, people might just assume that you're always defending Airtel.
I don't care if you are a fanboy or not though. Just sharing my perspective on how it looks on regular people who are not bothered with defending or promoting Jio/Airtel. Not even asking you to change.
