Cheaters use request money option instead of send money.
Those who are not well aware about UPI apps don't know that to receive money, we don't have to enter PIN.
I guess this was happened.

You misunderstand it.
When someone is paying to you, you don't have to enter pin to receive it.
@Harsh_10 bro is simply saying that when someone sends money request via UPI and one needs to their UPI PIN the money gets debited instead of credited. That's how the scammers are stealing money using GPay.
He is not talking about sending money that doesn't require the receiver to enter their UPI PIN.
