Whatsapp messenger is also working on stop saving your pics and videos in the galley in beta version. This will save your personal pics and videos of you and your's at their servers which is secure end to end but i think it's no good for user privacy. As they will use your info for instagram marketing and other's data purposes.

Meta control center is all about similar theme to manage all Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. In future builds. Those you added email address, your personal number already posted reels, videos, images in any of these apps and all your data will interlinked connected with meta servers. If you login your instagram for example, your friend will able to see you are available on Facebook and WhatsApp with your similar email address or phone number.
This will easier for meta to identify you life way easier then it looks today.
