WhatsApp for Android users can now hide 'last seen' notification

WhatsApp on Monday began rolling out this update for its Android app, bringing new privacy settings to devices running Android v2.1 and higher. Existing WhatsApp users will receive the update as an upgrade and new users installing the app from Google Play will be able to hide their 'last seen at' timestamp.
This feature was previously available only on the WhatsApp application downloaded from its official website but wansn't rolled out on Google Play.:tup
