Wow Finally WA long wait is over :) waiting for it :win:

I have mixed opinion. First being as a part of FB, I have some reservations towards that service. Second and most important one is, there are many people with little technical knowledge using WA. We are hearing PayTM scams (like verification, Aadhar linking, OTP, etc) and our telcos has done nothing to stop them. Even UPI apps are misguided to siphon money from ignorant users (for eg: getting money by name of sending refund/money) Once FB promotes this service with cashbacks and ads, many people will jump on and UPI scams 2.0 will arrive, imho...

Is the payments option enabled to all the users.. I saw it one of my friends phone few months back but its not available in my phone..

It has been available to the initial 1 million users since the last 2 years when it has been in testing mode. I've had it since 2 years though haven't used it much since the other person also needs to have it enabled at their end. Now the latest version will open it up to all users in a phased manner.

I was just gonna post that I have been using it for 2 years atleast and whats all this about now.....until I read the above post by Esmail
