What age did you start playing video games?

My husband and I have a PS2 since it came out and have some games, like Crash and Ratchet and clank and other challenging games. We now have a son, he is 4 and wants to play too. But we have no little kiddie games like Spyro or the like. Is he too young to learn to play or should we buy more age appropriate games?

We tried Crash but he just likes to crash(lol) into the walls.

So what age did you or your brother or sister start playing video games and could play it?
