Sandman is one of the most underrated series.
 
Black Warrant was something different and it was a good watch. Characters had depth and a good back story. The guy that played Sobhraj stole the show. Can't wait for the new season. Although I hated that the fact that the show was too short.

It was a great show. Loved it. But Netflix India continues its streak of not promoting good shows. They rather promote shows from other countries.

Well researched about North East as well. There is a person like Jahnu Barua working as an actor for the series. He would influence in the making of it. Also it's produced by Clean Slate. Producers spent childhood there with their parents in army.
 
I was going through series of emotional rollercoaster watching watching Pataal Lok. At first I was feeling homesick. I just miss Northeast. Specially Christmas over there. Now coming to the series I didn't like the way characters are ended. This is worser than what's done in series like Mirzapur. They will make you relate to the character than kill them. Like, wth! Have some remorse on the mental well being of viewers. I found this series disturbing from start. I figured out what it was about. Although series ended in a positive note. I didn't find it thrilling. Everything was just out there. Me as an viewer didn't need Hathiram this season to connect the dots. They showed the insurgency in just negative light. I am not singing praises about insurgency. But there are struggles of commoner in these states where they have faced negligence from centre since pre Independence. Makers could be way more sensitive to Uncle Ken's story. Overall it's better than a movie like Anek. A+ for effort. B for execution.
 
Has anyone watched back in action?? it was an awesome movie and I'm happy to see Cameron Diaz back in Hollywood
 
Watched few shows and movies over last couple of weeks:

1)Black Warrant on Netflix
Very well made series.This is probably the only biopic where the protagonist is shown as weak,unattaractive although kind hearted.Rahul Bhatt steals the show as a devious but troubled Jail Supritendent.

2)Sabarmati Report on Zee5
The problem with most of the stuff made on real life events in india is that they try to play balancing act. Sabarmati Report is on similar lines.There is nothing which people don't know.Average movie at Best.

3)Prime Target on Apple TV
I liked the series for its concept rather than the execution.Story follows a mathematician who belives that he is targeted by some person/organization due to his work on prime numbers.

4)Hisaab Barabar
Has Madhavan ran out of money?
