from budget up to 25,000

Google Pixel 2 is currently the best android phone for photography.
Oneplus 6 is really good as well.
Both cost way above 25000 though

You can go for Poco F1 and install Google cam to have amazing photos. I'm using one and really happy with the results. Check some of my posting in photography thread on Dreamdth to have first hand experience.
