Seeking Help Voter ID registered at multiple location

I have Received Postal letter from District ERO which states that My name has been registered at multiple locations in the electoral roll amd they asked me to confirm the correct single address.
But there is a problem..here
In the 1st page(pic) (2nd column details) my address is correct but in 2nd page it is wrong ( chikkaballapur)..
Now how to confirm the right one to ERO by email?

Report the issue by contacting ECI helpline 1950.

If they don't provide any resolution choose your convenient location in the form & later edit the address online by attaching any Proof of Address.
