Seeking Help VOOT app asking for login in JIO Fiber STB

Hi All,
I am a JIO Fiber user. VOOT content was able to access till yesterday.But from yesterday when i open the app all the contects are asking for Login. Their service is really poor. they did not help me anything.
I cleared data/cache of VOOT app,unistalled , rebooted STB, installed VOOT , rebooted STB and tried accessing the app. But still asking me to login.
Can anyone pls help me on this
