Vodafone India receives FIPB nod to acquire You Broadband

Vodafone has received Foreign Investment Promotion Board ( FIPB) approval for the acquisition of YOU Broadband India.

Vodafone India had sought an approval for acquisition of 100% shares of You Broadband India Limited by way of transfer from resident shareholders and non-resident shareholder.
