NEW DELHI: More than a billion mobile phone users can expect a significant respite from pesky calls and messages, as Vodafone Idea and Reliance Jio Infocomm start to roll out blockchain-based technology through partnerships with Tanla Solutions and Tech Mahindra, respectively.
