Vodafone Double Data Offer restricted to 9 circles and 2 prepaid plans

Double Data offer now limited to 9 circles only. Earlier on 16 April, we had reported it being limited to 14 circles. It was initially supposed to expire on March 15 but was extended. Now VIL seems to be moving towards removing it. It has also been removed from the 28 days plans.

Idea however yet to reflect changes as of 05:30 AM 22/04.
