Vivo X, X7 Plus smartphones with 16MP front camera launched

NEW DELHI: Vivo has launched its latest
smartphones X7 and X7 Plus in China. The
company has priced the Vivo X7 at $375 and it
will come in Gold and Rose Gold colour options.
The handset will go on sale in China from July 7.
The manufacturer has not yet revealed any
details about the price and availability of
Vivo X7 Plus .
Both the smartphones share almost similar
specifications, except for the display size and
battery capacity. Vivo X7 has a 5.2-inch Full HD
display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution and 3,000
mAh battery, while the Vivo X7 Plus has a 5.7-
inch Full HD display and 4,000 mAh battery.
In terms of specifications, the smartphones
feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display with
1080x1920 pixel resolution. The handsets are
powered by a 1.8GHz octa Core Qualcomm
Snapdragon 652 processor coupled with 4GB of
RAM and 64GB ROM. The devices run Android
5.1 Lollipop operating system topped with
Funtouch UI of the company.
For photography, the smartphones boast of a
13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 16MP
front shooter with LED flash for selfies. The
company has also incorporated fingerprint sensor
in both the devices. On the connectivity front,
the devices offer 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
and GPS.
Recently, Vivo launched its V3 and V3 Max
smartphones in India. Priced at Rs 17,980 and Rs
23,980 respectively, the V3 and V3 Max run
Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with the company's
FunTouch OS layer. Vivo V3 comes with a 5-inch
display, while the V3 Max features a 5.5-inch
Full HD panel.
