Breaking Vivo to launch Z Series phones online and S series phones offline to counter Xiaomi

According to a Vivo executive who wishes to remain anonymous, Vivo will be launching new Z series and S series models in India in June or early July.

The new Z models will be launched to challenge Xiaomi in the budget segment. Z series phones will be sold only online in India.

Vivo S series -- which has been limited to the Chinese market for now -- will be focussed on design and style. It will be available via offline retail channels in the country.

The z series phone launching could well be the China exclusive Vivo z5x.

Vivo has rolled out multiple teasers in India. All teasers hint at Z-series smartphone (Probably Z5x) will launch soon in India.

Vivo Z5x comes with a hole-punch display, a triple rear camera setup, a 5,000mAh battery, a rear fingerprint scanner, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor on board.

Killer phone .. will surely give a tough competition to Redmi note 7 pro . Vivo has good service, but it didn't had a flagship phone in 13000 - 16000 range . It's sure short market shaker. It could have been more better if there was in screen fingerprint sensor, but anyways, its a good deal,.... nope, I think its a "STEAL" deal.
