it's good rohit Sharma take captainship after kohli but i feel some one youngstar might given chance coz rohit is more older than kohli in terms of age and after rohit gave up his captainship hope indian team not suffer due to transation period.

I believe Rohit might be captain for 1 year till 2022 T20 WC, post which if someone emerges like K L Rahul/Pant/Iyer or someone else may replace him.....
Also ODI's captain can also change going Ahead....

Gill style of playing is not suited for T20 matches so i don't think he will be even in the playing 11.

Same was said of Kohli when he started playing for India, He improved his game alot for T20s , same could happen with Gill too don't judge his T20 game on basis of IPL performance.

I can already feel Gill can be India's Limited Overs Captain in years to come.
