If not A+ then we may seen vk and Rohit skip odi games for personal reasons / ad shoots as if we remeber bcci rule A+ category only for 3 format or atleast 2 format player's also if bcci remove then then monkey came out from bag so for face saving bcci not thinking about cost cutting
