Airtel is as keen on the price hike as Vi is. The day Vi increases price, Airtel will announce hiked tariffs cheaper than Vi by Rs 1. They are nudging Vi to jump the gun but not willing to do it themselves just like last December when Vi first announced hike followed by Airtel announcing price hike same day.

Airtel is as keen on the price hike as Vi is. The day Vi increases price, Airtel will announce hiked tariffs cheaper than Vi by Rs 1. They are nudging Vi to jump the g*n but not willing to do it themselves just like last December when Vi first announced hike followed by Airtel announcing price hike same day.

This time Airtel may wait till Jio increase tariff, but Jio will wait till next spectrum auction for tariff hike.
