very bad idea company cut my balance

:wall :angry i received a idea company's call. When i received call cut my balance ₹ 3. I called customer care, appellant but company didn't returne my balance. I mailed TRAI.
I port in idea from docomo since 21 April 16 so i have to not port out from idea. I have to wait till July 16

Bro activate the DND mode by calling 1909 from your mobile number it will surely help you and your balance will not be deducted after this:k I had also done same thing and now I am happy

I had active DND but someone said me that i can't good offer if i DND. So i deactivate DND. I am using DND long time. 3 ₹ is not important for me but i was an advocate so i couldn't accept anybody cheating me. Because i fight for otuers rights

Bro I understand and bro then do one thing call idea customer care and tell them to activate DND on semi blocked mode there are 2 types of dnd modes in idea one is semi blocked mode and other is fully blocked mode in semi mode you can able to get good offers
