Yes Arsh25, it takes signals from many sources like TV antenna (DD National and DD News), Cable TV (106 channels from 47MHz to 860MHz), Digital Cable, DTH, VCD/DVD player, Video Games, Camcorder etc.

Cost is around Rs1300 on Rediff Shopping

If you connect DD Direct+ set-top box then all the channels will be available and you can use your DD Direct+ set-top box remote to change channels or other functions like Auto Scan etc.

Or any other software (like Honestech TVR) support this TV tuner to record TV Shows?

This Zebronics External TV Tuner cannot record programs.

Till now HD USB Tuners have not yet arrived. Wait for a while for them.
If its urgent, get an iBall Claro USB TV tuner
