All the Guidelines that have been announced for Unlock-4 that will be in place till Sept 30.
- Metro rail to resume from 7th Sept
- Open-air theatres to open from Sept 21
- 50% of school staff can attend school from Sept 21
- No restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement

Situation of particular state will be known by State Government more than Central .. But Restricting State Government not to implement Lockdown without Concern of Central Government will leads to worst .. Cases will surely increase after removing Epass restriction

After all this don't ask state government why number are increasing that's so funny than ur governance

Imagine a school of 2000 students becoming a COVID hotspot. Online classes should be held until vaccine is found. Offline classes with daily testing only to one's who cannot seriously afford online classes.
