The Modi government is preparing to introduce a universal basic income (UBI) scheme before next year's general election, sources say.

The government will transfer a certain amount into the bank accounts of citizens who are unable to earn an income.

For a change, I don't want this JUMLA to be implemented!
There're lots of reasons. To name a few:
* Wastage of taxpayer's hard earned money
* Will encourage (specially youth) not to work
* Absolutely impossible to make it scam-free (only near & dear of Govt will get)
