Seeking Help Unable to watch Sony Liv content in Xstream Play app

I am Airtel black customer but when I am trying to watch aami daakini series from xstream play app it is asking to subscribe...any idea why?

Update:
Recently I updated my registered mobile number in Airtel thanks app, now the problem is in new number it is asking to subscribe...in old number , it is asking to switch to airtel...why should I port my number

Seems ott still linked to old number but not sure why asking to switch to airtel
