Seeking Help Unable to access AirFiber account details inside Airtel Thanks App

Hey everyone, does anyone know how long it usually takes for the Airtel Thanks app to display connection details after an AirFiber installation? It's been over 24 hours since my installation, and the app still isn't showing any information.

Normally once the service is activated you can get the details showing up on the app.

Also any open service requests need to be closed before the app can show the details

Speaking from my personal experience, the system generated service requests remained open in my case but right after the activation of the both services, the Black connection (having IPTV & Fiber connections listed) showed up immediately in Airtel Thanks app.

My booking/KYC/installation everything was done by the same Airtel service person so he did it all together.

First they completed the whole fiber cabling. Then they booked the connection using eActivate app and I paid for the connection online. Simultaneously they did the ofc splicing and power checking on the pole. In between, they called their supervisor for quicker work order number generation. Once all these works were completed, they did my KYC (using live photo) and activated the IPTV/ONT devices. My connection details were visible in the Airtel Thanks app before they departed from my house.

The whole process was done within 1 hour and 20 mins in the afternoon. However, I received some SR closure SMS at around 7:30 pm and the last SR closure SMS of activation was received after 11 pm night. The same reflects on Airtel Thanks app also. Some of the steps were skipped (without green check mark) altogether on the SR tracking page. 😁
 
I am still unable to access My account details when I spoke to customer care they said installation is not done however connection is fully working and installation person told me I have closed request on my end!

Yes I even recieved text massage contains my WiFi username and password after that technician said in a 2 hour it will show on the app
Then you need to go to the local airtel store and ask them to close the request. They must be sitting on the SR.

Normally its automatic i feel where installer closes it from his end and the system automatically closes the SR.
