Discussion UAE showing as Desktop Chrome location

[Endgame]

Friends, I have synced my google account in my office PC. At 12:45 PM today, after opening chrome I noticed it's showing some unknown languages beside Hindi in 'Google offered in:' After scrolling down, location was showing United Arab Emirates (it should have been India). The first thing strike on my mind was this:
Good News - Fraudulent Transaction Reversed on my HDFC Credit Card
That was happened at same time on that day.
Checked with colleague, her was showing normal.
Immediately I logged out and changed my password.

Maybe someone is using VPN or proxy. It isn't possible to visit Google UAE from India. Earlier it was possible.

Some security tips:
Use your own device
Use password manager and enable 2FA.
If you use Android then, don't give permission to any app to read SMS. Do not side-load apps.
PC: use legit apps. Do not use pirated apps as it may contain malware.
Keep your software updated (Enable automatic updates).
Request bank to give EVM card instead of magnetic stripe card. They are more secure.
