Seeking Help Truecaller not showing call history

Hi All,

I recently reverted my mobile back to factory settings as it was running slow.

I have downloaded Truecaller App again which shows ID of the person who called but when I open Truecaller it shows as "empty" ie no there is no call history .Before factory reset all calls were showing when Truecaller app was opened.

Does any techie know the solution to this problem ?

Can you please post screenshots of your call history from normal dialer and true caller?
