How much do we have to pay for porting from Bsnl to Airtel? Can we get any benefit from this?

already we are burdened with taxes. Now they want money for MNP too. No interest on recovering economy, their thoughts on how to suck money from public.

No benefit as as already operators bearing ₹19 and charging ₹0
already we are burdened with taxes. Now they want money for MNP too. No interest on recovering economy, their thoughts on how to suck money from public.
It's almost 75% decrease then how can you say this

what is the point in charging Rs 5.77? They can as well make it free to the customer and explicitly pass on this charge to the port in operator. They will be happy to get a new customer for just Rs 5.77. Almost all operators are anyways offering it for free already. This TRAI is just dramatizing everything - trying to show they have reduced the cost to the users - similar to their TV subscription joke!!
