It will lift ISL and Indian club football altogether.
But CITY rebranding means the club name, jersey and crest will change.

Yes. If they takeover and rebrand, the word 'CITY' will be added; like Kochi City FC, Cochin City FC, Kerala City FC...
The Yellow jersey may rebrand to Sky blue jersey. The CITY crest's CROSS get into the crest etc.
