Apple’s iPhones are indeed one of the best premium smartphones you can buy today. And while it is tempting to buy one, most of us are often disappointed and steered away due to the hefty price tag. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade from your existing smartphone to a new iPhone without having to spend a bomb, today is probably the best time to do so. Flipkart and Paytm are offering some good discounts, cashback and buyback offers to entice the iPhone buyers. We have listed a few major deals here to help make your iPhone buying easier.
A few caveats first. Paytm is offering cash back that will come in your account and you can only use it for making payments via Paytm. The cashback is given as a store credit in your Paytm account within 24 hours, and it can only be used to buy any product on the site or to pay for your mobile, landline or utility bills. Meanwhile, Flipkart has exchange offers and the exchange discount depends on the smartphone you are exchanging and its condition. You can get a maximum buyback value of Rs 23,500, which is valid on iPhone 6s Plus. That said, lets look at the offers.
Apple iPhone 7 offers
The iPhone 7 (32GB) is priced at Rs 60,000. Paytm is offering a cashback of Rs 8,000, which brings down the effective price to Rs 52,000. On Flipkart, after the exchange discount, you end up paying Rs 36,500. However, the exchange value varies from one smartphone and brand to the other, and also depends its age and condition. For instance, on exchanging Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, you get cashback of Rs 15,000, which will bring the effective price to Rs 45,000.
The iPhone 7 (128GB) is priced at Rs 70,000, and after Rs 9,000 cashback on Paytm , it effectively costs you Rs 61,000. On Flipkart , after maximum Rs 23,500 discount, it will cost you Rs 46,500. Similarly, the iPhone 7 (256GB) is priced at Rs 80,000, and with Paytm’s Rs 10,000 cashback, you can get it for Rs 70,000. On Flipkart, Rs 23,500 cashback brings down the price to Rs 56,500.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus offers
The iPhone 7 Plus (32GB) variant is priced at Rs 72,000 and after Paytm’s Rs 9,000 cashback, you get it for Rs 63,000. On Flipkart, after Rs 23,500 cashback, you get it for Rs 48,500. The Paytm cashback is also applicable on iPhone 7 Plus 128GB (priced at Rs 82,000) and 256GB (priced at Rs 92,000), but at the time of filing the story, these models were already sold out. On Flipkart, the iPhone 7 Plus (128GB) variant will cost you Rs 58,500, whereas the iPhone 7 Plus (256GB) variant will set you back by Rs 68,500, after the exchange discount.
Apple iPhone 6s offers
The cashback offer is also applicable on Apple’s iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, as well as on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s and iPhone SE. Although Apple has discontinued the 16GB and 64GB variants of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, Paytm and Flipkart still have the stock and you can buy one too.
The iPhone 6s (16GB) variant is priced at Rs 42,730 on Paytm and after Rs 7,000 cashback, you can get it for Rs 35,730. On Flipkart, it is priced at Rs 44,999 but sadly, there is no is exchange offer on the same. The 32GB variant on Flipkart is priced at Rs 48,999 and with maximum exchange discount of Rs 23,000, it will cost you Rs 25,999. On Paytm, the iPhone 6s 32GB variant is priced at Rs 48,490 and after cashback of Rs 7,000, it will set you back by Rs 41,490.
The iPhone 6s (64GB) variant is priced at Rs 55,999 on Paytm and after cashback of Rs 8,000, you can get it for Rs 47,999, whereas the 128GB variant is priced at Rs 61,990 and after cashback of Rs 10,000 it will cost you Rs 51,990. Similarly, the 64GB variant on Flipkart is priced at 58,500, but no offers in there. The 128GB variant is not available on Flipkart.

The 64GB variant is priced at Rs 61,999 on Paytm and after Rs 8,000 cashback, the effective price comes down to Rs 53,999. The 128GB variant is priced at Rs 74,999, which is more than Apple’s official price of Rs 70,000, but after Rs 10,000 cashback, you get it for Rs 64,999.

The iPhone 6 (16GB) variant is priced at Rs 38,195 on Paytm and after Rs 5,000 cashback, the effective price comes down to Rs 33,195. On Flipkart, it is priced at Rs 33,990, and after maximum exchange discount of up to Rs 22,000, you can get it for Rs 11,990. The iPhone 6 64GB and 128GB variants are priced at Rs 52,499 and Rs 60,999 on Paytm, respectively, and after cashback of Rs 4,000, you can get them for Rs 48,499 and Rs 56,999, respectively. The iPhone 6 64GB variant on Flipkart is priced at Rs 60,000, but there are no discount offers, and 128GB variant is not listed there.

The iPhone 6 Plus 16GB variant is priced at Rs 49,999, whereas the 64GB variant is priced at Rs 82,000, which is way above the official price. The 128GB variant, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 49,999 and after cashback of Rs 3,500, effective price comes down to Rs 46,499. On Flipkart, the iPhone 6 Plus (16GB) is priced at Rs 42,490, whereas the 64GB variant is priced at Rs 52,900. Sadly, there are no exchange offers.
Apple iPhone SE offers
The iPhone SE (16GB) is priced at Rs 36,499, whereas the 64GB variant is priced at Rs 44,999. With Rs 3,000 cashback, the effective price of 16GB variant comes down to Rs 33,499, whereas the 64GB variant comes down to Rs 41,999. At the time of filing the story, both smartphones weren’t listed on Flipkart.
Apple iPhone 5s offers
Paytm is offering the iPhone 5s (16GB) for Rs 21,154 and after Rs 3,000 cashback, effective price comes down to Rs 18,154. No other storage variant is listed on the site. On the other hand, Flipkart is offering up to Rs 15,000 exchange cashback on buying the iPhone 5s. The 16GB model is priced at Rs 20,999, but after the exchange discount, you can get it for as low as Rs 5,999.
Apart from cashback the, you can also avail EMI option when you pay using your ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI Bank and Citibank credit cards to name a few. The repayment tenure ranges from three months to 24 months depending on the bank, whereas you also end up paying up to 15 percent interest per annum on EMI transactions. Axis Bank Buzz credit card holders can avail up to five percent discount (maximum of Rs 200). Unlike, Paytm, Flipkart is also offering no cost EMI on Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance, Citibank, HSBC, ICICI, SBI and Standard Chartered bank credit cards.
