Ya I too heard their service is worst, I tried applying for their connection 5 years ago but thank God they did not respond so I continued with ACT Fiber and was saved from Tikona

I am using Tikona since 5 years..Not faced any issue....Very stable connection.Getting 15mbps speed in 10mbps plan.....
