Yes Photography Is banned there . But Everyone's Click picture. Nobody warns them actually.
But inside the temple , Photography is STRICTLY Prohibited .
And the place is Belur Math(Belur, Howrah) where Ramkrishna , Sarada Ma and Vivekananda Temples are situated .

It's not Lily. It's called here as idly flowers. The shape of the flowers like idly. Lily is a root plant flower.
Its known as "Thetti" in Kerala and is a common flowering plant here.

It also has a sweet juice like substance which we can take from its bottom.
I think it's IXORA flower..There r many colors available and few I have in my garden..

Common flower in Kerala - called locally as 'Thetti', 'Techi', 'Chetthi'.
Considered as a sacred flower, mainly is used in temples for rituals.
After flower, small fruits (bright red) will develop.
Not sure whether edible, never tried. 😋

These flowers mainly used in Devi poojaa..This flower is essential for Devi poojaas for us..
Yes there r fruits which is edible..We used to eat in our childhood days...
