No news about Tamil feed as now :k bro.
 
1. Why only RAW will be aired LIVE? Why not Smack Down and other WWE shows?

2. Will all future RAW shows air LIVE or only a particular show?
 
^^ I think since RAW (3 hrs) will be telecasted LIVE, it'll take more time period because of breaks taken by wrestlers in coming to the stage and other preparations.

On the other hand, RAW (2 hrs) will be a recorded show and they can cut extra scenes and stuff to put it in 2 hrs time period.

& that may be Telugu/Tamil....!!!

1 bcz raw and ppv are the only live event from WWE....
smackdown ,main event, nxt etc.. are all recorded shows so cannot be shown live

2 it depends on contract signed by tensports with wwe
