After launching the 560 smartphone with iris scanner earlier this month, TCL has today launched another smartphone, called 562. This smartphone comes in two colors — dark gray and metal gold, and is priced at Rs 10,990. Pre-bookings and registrations for the smartphone have already kicked off on Amazon India, and deliveries are slated to begin from August 1. Additionally, TCL has also expanded its hold in the TV market by launching two LED TVs, one full HD Curved Smart TV, and one full ultra HD Android Smart TV.
The 40-inch and 32-inch LED TVs are priced at Rs 20,900 and Rs 13,990 respectively. The P1 48-inch full HD Curved Smart TV is priced at Rs 37,990, while the 43-inch ultra HD Android Smart TV at Rs 31,990. Like the smartphone, these TVs are also exclusively available on e-commerce site Amazon India.
TCL 562 Specifications
The TCL 562 smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD IPS Zero Distortion display with an octa-core Helio P10 chipset clocked at 1.8GHz. The TCL 562 is backed by a 2,690mAh battery, and on the photography front, it comes with a 13-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED dual-tone flash and a 5-megapixel front camera.
It offers connectivity options like dual-SIM, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 and Bluetooth 4.2. The smartphone offers 3GB of RAM with onboard storage of 32GB. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 and also features a fingerprint senor. As an introductory offer, TCL 562 buyers will get a free Idea SIM card with 1GB of free data for a period of three months.
TCL D2900 LED TV
The TCL D2900 LED TV series comprises of two models, which come in 40-inch and 32-inch screen size. Both the LED TV models come with two USB and HDMI ports and 1080p HDMI video format. The LED TVs run on ASIC processor and sport features like Running Dynamic Skin color and Blue color control. Along with this, they also feature Black level stretch for contrast level enhancement, 3D Chrome Filter and 3D Adaptive De-interlacing to reduce De-Mosaic Noise. The LED TVs are equipped with Dolby surround sound, Dolby decoder and Smart Volume feature.

The TCL C48 Smart TV is 69.6mm thick and features Screen Mirroring, Smart Volume, built-in Wi-Fi and App Store. It also has the nScreen app through which you can use your smartphone or tablet as a remote. The TCL C48 Smart TV comes with built-in Dolby Digital AC3 and Dolby Prologic II Surround Sound processor.
