Seeking Help Tata Play Binge Mega account not working on mobile and laptops

Even after I've paid ₹399/month (Mega Monthly Plan, which has 34 apps) to access all OTT app content in Tata Play Binge, it's still asking to subscribe, even after I've refreshed my account, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing data, cache and restarting the app. App is in the latest version.

Half-baked Tata Play Binge representatives (both on social media and on phone) provide only generic Android fixes, which I clearly did in the first paragraph but to no avail. Laptop also faces the same issue.

In the first image, it demands me money to watch SonyLIV content (Image 1), despite having a subscription of 34 apps, which covers SonyLIV also. This isn't limited to SonyLIV alone, and it extends to all 34 apps in Tata Play Binge (Image 2). But I have no problem watching the same on TV. And the plan I have covers TV, Mobile and Laptops.

Did Tata Play Binge intentionally make all the plans accessible only on TV?

I have access to the flexi plus plan with just 6 apps including Sony Liv and I am able to stream all content from the Binge app redirecting to Sony Liv app.

@Esmail is it every content of sonyliv redirecting to sonyliv app or this only?
So for the mobile app of Binge the SonyLiv content plays within Binge itself, but for the smart TV app it redirects to SonyLiv app. All content, live or on demand behaves this way only.
