MapmyIndia has made the the most popular Sygic & MapmyIndia app for Android completely free for ever. The app did not go for iOS. It was first launched for iPhone back in 2009 and costs Rs. 1,500 for the iOS platform. The recent update brought support for tablet and smartphones with high resolution display. It has lot of features including offline navigation, travel book, SOS/Help, City Guides from premium providers and from Wikipedia and more. You can also download Maps for a particular state separately. With all these features, the free app is definitely a great deal.
