For me it shows RS 249, I have then activated for Rs15 for 3 months on my wife number.
At present Instamart orders above 99Rs always free at our location. Even Swiggy few restaurants under pocket mode is offering free delivery.

My subscription expired month before and I didn't renew it. It was keep on prompting for renewal with around RS249. Today suddenly I got a notification for 1 RS so I activated immediately.
